1) About Us

This website (the “Site”) is operated by ALL STAR PUZZLES LTD (“Iconic Puzzles”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered office at 16 Stirling Road, Office 2C, London, England, W3 8DJ.

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3) Other Applicable Policies

These Terms incorporate the following, which you should also read:

  • Privacy Policy (how we process personal data – UK GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR);

  • Cookie Policy (how we use cookies/consent);

  • Returns & Refunds Policy (Section 14 below).

If you purchase products, Sections 10–17 apply as the sale/purchase conditions.

4) Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may update the Site and/or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5) Eligibility & Your Account

You must be 18+ to purchase. Keep your login details confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6) Permitted & Prohibited Use

Use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights;

  • upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;

  • scrape, copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Site except as permitted;

  • interfere with security or attempt to bypass access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations and take any action we reasonably deem appropriate (including notifying authorities).

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, puzzles/designs, logos, trademarks, audio/video, software, databases (collectively, “Materials”)—is owned by or licensed to Iconic Puzzles and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view, temporarily cache, and print Materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, modification) requires our prior written consent.

8) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Communications)

If you submit reviews or other content:

  • you grant Iconic Puzzles a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content in any media;

  • you warrant your content is accurate, lawful, does not infringe third-party rights, and contains no harmful code, spam, or personal data of others;

  • we may moderate, refuse, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

Review guidelines include: focus on your product experience; avoid offensive language; no advertisements, external links, or personal contact info.

9) Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices. Access at your own risk.

10) Product Information

We try to display products (including colours, dimensions, and features) accurately. Minor variations may occur. Images are illustrative only.

11) Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation (acknowledgement, not acceptance). A binding contract is formed only when we send the Shipping Confirmation. Only items listed in the Shipping Confirmation are included in the contract. We may refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors).

12) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown on the Site (inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout).
We accept card payments (e.g., Visa/Mastercard) and PayPal (and may use Shopify Payments/Stripe to process payments). We may pre-authorise your payment method and will capture funds when items ship. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery details.

13) Shipping, Delivery, Risk & Title

We aim to dispatch by the date shown in your Shipping Confirmation; however, times are estimates and delays can occur (including Force Majeure). Delivery occurs when the order is made available at the specified address and is evidenced by courier confirmation.
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.

14) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Possible only before dispatch. Once you receive the “Your order is on its way” email, cancellation is no longer possible; you may use the returns process below. We typically process and dispatch within 24–48 hours.

  • 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind): If you’re not satisfied, you may return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with the box and storage bag. Return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the customer. Start the process: refunds@iconic-puzzles.co.uk. After inspection and approval, we’ll refund the product price via the original payment method (excluding outbound and return shipping).

  • 30-Day Free Replacement/Refund (Damaged or Manufacturing Defect): Email refunds@iconic-puzzles.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number/proof of purchase. If the photos clearly show a defect or transit damage, you don’t need to return the item. Choose between a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Gift Policy – 90-Day Defect Coverage (Extended): If the item is a gift to be given after the 30-day window, email us within 30 days of delivery to let us know the gift date exceeds 30 days. We will add you to our 90-day gift coverage list. If we are notified after 30 days of delivery, we cannot extend coverage.

15) Colours & Sizing

We make every effort to display colours accurately; however, your device settings may cause variations. Dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.

16) Warranty, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Site and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement;

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for:
(a) loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill; (b) indirect or consequential loss; (c) losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control; and our total aggregate liability in relation to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) concerned.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iconic Puzzles (and our officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Materials.

18) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, transport disruption, acts of God, epidemics/pandemics, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, power/telecom failures).

19) Complaints & Customer Service

If you have an issue with your order or our service, contact refunds@iconic-puzzles.com or info@iconic-puzzles.com. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

20) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms (and any non-contractual obligations) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence (if you are an EU/UK consumer).

21) Severability & No Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

22) Entire Agreement & Assignment

These Terms (together with the policies referenced) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Site use and purchases. We may assign our rights/obligations; you may not assign without our written consent.
