All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our UK warehouse.  (please note that for orders placed after 15/12, we do not guarantee delivery before Christmas; please also allow up to 5 business days for orders to be dispatched during peak periods like Black Friday, Christmas, and Easter).

There are NO CUSTOMS FEES to pay.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us and you're able to get full refund or a replacement order for free. We guarantee 99.5% of deliveries in this time frame, but sometimes it can happen that there are problems due to external forces that do not depend on us.
